1990 - Componenta Gjuteri becomes Albin´s new owner.
1991 - Svedala acquires Componenta
1997 - Santasalo-JOT acquires Componenta
1999 - The group changes its name to Componenta
2000 - Albin celebrates 100 years
2007 - Albin privately owned again.
2007 - Albin becomes ISO/TS-certified.
